Opportunity Matters is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to creating opportunities that empower individuals with cognitive and/or physical challenges and their families to reach their full potential. Typically, services provided through our programs are reimbursed through AC, CAC, CADI, DD, EW, IHFS, SLS, SILS, and TBI Waivers (state funding), LTC Insurance, or through private pay.
Providing residential care, crisis stabilization, and respite care services to people with cognitive and/or physical challenges.
Providing and fostering independence, through supportive educational services, adult day services, and supportive services for people with cognitive and/or physical challenges – and their families.
Providing Behavior Consultation for individuals and/or their caregiver to reduce or eliminate problematic behavior that inhibits a person’s access to independent living.
Providing programs and services for individuals with Multiple Sclerosis in a safe and supportive atmosphere. Opportunities to share similar challenges with others experiencing Multiple Sclerosis while enjoying social activities, educational programs and exercise opportunities.
